Our story
Back in 2014, after completing his ninth tour overseas in the Global War on Terrorism, our founder, Bill McNeely, began driving for Lyft and Uber. It didn’t take long for him to notice a common frustration among passengers—dirty vehicles, unprofessional drivers, and an overall lack of reliable, high-quality service.
As word spread about Bill’s exceptional professionalism and spotless vehicle, more and more passengers started requesting direct bookings with him. Over the past 11 years, we’ve completed nearly 20,000 rides, earning a reputation for cleanliness, reliability, and top-tier customer service.
